I'm Gelisa, and my journey with journaling began in the innocent days of "Dear Diary" as a kid. It was through those early writings and later creative writing classes that I discovered the power within journaling.

From "Dear Diary" to now, my journal is a trusted companion for balance, emotional release, and creative exploration. Think.Write.Heal was created in 2017 to share the power of journaling and combine it with other modalities in a way that is most authentic to you.
